Q: WHO DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK WITH?

A: being that my other day job is a wardrobe stylist for tv and film production, i am comfortable accommodating clients of all body types, ages, genders, budgets, and personal styles. that being said, my clientele primarily consists of women in their early 20's to early 50's.

Q: WHY DO YOU SUGGEST A PACKAGE OVER À LA CARTE SERVICES?

A: the packages created are designed to allow you to get the most out of this process and my services. your style is defined by your lifestyle choices, inspirations, and hobbies. to best serve you, certain checkpoints of your appointment are vital to ensuring we arrive at your desired end result for this process.

Q: I'M ON A TIGHT BUDGET... ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE?

A: yes! often times people assume this process means getting rid of their entire closet and starting from scratch. while few times that is the case, majority of our journey will be assessing your current wardrobe, filling in holes, and re-working the formula for your daily routine. i am no stranger to discount and thrift shopping. we're looking for quality over quantity, which can be found on virtually every budget.

Q: OUR STYLES ARE DIFFERENT... ARE YOU STILL ABLE TO WORK WITH ME?

A: my job is to help you sharply define and effectively implement your personal style. not everyone's true self is fulfilled via red vinyl pants in the daytime.

Q: CAN'T WE JUST MEET FOR SHOPPING WITHOUT A HOME VISIT?

A: without knowing your style inspirations and preferences, lifestyle choices, and the makeup of your closet, i am unable to serve you and your personal style to the best of my ability.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR YOUR HOME VISIT?

A: try not to clean up your closet area-it's important to see how you've organized and therefore connected with your wardrobe. this is a judgment-free process. that being said, having your laundry done is helpful. be sure we are able to use a full length mirror. i will provide a clothing rack and liquid courage (you pick: coffee or champagne!).

Q: WILL I HAVE TO TRY ON CLOTHES?

A: yes! during the CLOSET REVIVAL, we will need to see how your clothing fits and makes you feel. we will discuss what you enjoy about your current wardrobe and what you wish to change. if you are interested in the REWRITE or REINVENT packages, we will mimic this process after we have defined your style and assessed your closet needs during the SHOPPING OUTING.

Q: DO YOU BRING CLOTHES TO ME OR DO WE SHOP TOGETHER?

A: in very rare cases will i shop on your behalf during our first session. it is important for me to see how you shop and your dressing room habits. i do offer personal shopping services after our initial appointment. for some clients, it makes more sense to online shop for items. if so, i will provide you with multiple options to order and then we will meet for a secondary home visit and try-on session.

Q: ARE YOU OK WITH PETS?

A: i'm more than okay and i will love on all of them! except pet spiders-they can stay where i can see them.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR OUR SHOPPING OUTING?

A: i normally suggest eating before our trip, seeing as it will most likely take place midday. i will have snacks and water on hand, but shopping while shaky is never fun. wear comfortable shoes, but preferably not athletic sneakers. for women and associated, wearing nude undergarments or camisole is suggested. i also encourage wearing your hair and doing your makeup how you would any other day.

Q: DO YOU MAKE COMMISSION FROM STORES WE VISIT WHILE SHOPPING?

A: nope! however, i may make a commission on any suggested items found online. that being said, your style and budget needs will always take precedence over my amount in commission, if any.

Q: SHOULD I BE PREPARED FOR ANY UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL COSTS?

A: most people will need tailoring in some way whether it's hemming, side seams, sleeve length, etc. we will discover this during the SHOPPING OUTING and assess whether the initial cost + estimated tailoring cost is worth it when taking budget into consideration.

Q: DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

A: yes! contact me for more information.

Q: DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR BRIDES AND BRIDAL PARTIES?

A: yes! being a bride means several important events all scheduled within weeks of each other... which means several important outfits to be remembered. in addition to local wedding gown shop suggestions, i help brides with style assistance for their rehearsal dinner, second look, bachelorette party, engagement/save the date photoshoot, bridal shower, and more. bridal party services are also available: groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, mother of the bride or groom, etc. > contact me for more information <

Q: DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS?

A: yes! whether it's a gala, awards show, work party/function, even navigating wedding guest season, etc. i am able to help deciding what to wear the most effortless detail of your big night. > contact me for more information <
